Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service that welcomes guests as part of the family
  • guide guests through the menu highlighting food, wine, and fresh ingredients knowledge
  • take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of meals
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
  • respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any dining issues professionally
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
  • promote specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue
