Job Duties
- deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service that welcomes guests as part of the family
- guide guests through the menu highlighting food, wine, and fresh ingredients knowledge
- take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of meals
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any dining issues professionally
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- promote specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue
