Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
minimum of 1 year of related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds unassisted and heavier objects with assistance
ability to perform fine motor skills required for food service
ability to follow safety and security policies
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
willingness to work full-time in a non-management role

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to maintain clear and professional communication
strong interpersonal skills
ability to work in a team environment
knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
set tables according to type of event and service standards
answer questions on menu selections
communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability
communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights
present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment
