The Server position requires someone who is attentive, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests warmly, assisting with menu inquiries, managing beverage and dessert orders, communicating special requests to the Churrasqueiros (grill chefs), and supporting fellow team members to ensure smooth service operations. The role demands physical stamina as servers must be able to stand for long periods, carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and maintain a quick pace throughout their shifts.
