The role being offered is a Food and Beverage Server position, a vital part of Driftwood Hospitality Management's commitment to exceptional guest service. Key responsibilities include order-taking, accurate order input into the Point of Sale system, delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining compliance with all safety and liquor regulations. Servers are expected to greet guests warmly, be knowledgeable about menu items including specials and promotions, and assist with additional tasks such as clearing tables, restocking condiments, and performing cleaning duties to maintain health and safety standards. Driftwood Hospitality Management operates on a 24/7 basis, requiring flexibility in shifts and working hours. The role demands constant standing, walking, and physical stamina to transport up to 30 pounds throughout a shift. Knowledge of beverage equipment operation, a valid TABC license, and a current or in-process Food Handler Card are essential qualifications.
