The role available is for a part-time Server at the Conway, AR location. This position offers an hourly pay range from $15 to $19.50 and features a shift schedule on Mondays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Server position is pivotal in ensuring the dining experience for residents is welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable. Responsibilities include warmly greeting residents, preparing dining areas for meals, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating any changes in residents' appetites or behaviors to supervisory staff and wellness teams.
