The role available is for a part-time Server at the Conway, AR location. This position offers an hourly pay range from $15 to $19.50 and features a shift schedule on Mondays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Server position is pivotal in ensuring the dining experience for residents is welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable. Responsibilities include warmly greeting residents, preparing dining areas for meals, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating any changes in residents' appetites or behaviors to supervisory staff and wellness teams. This role is much more than serving food; it’s about creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that fosters community and connection. Candidates in this role need to be energetic, approachable, and physically capable, as the job requires standing, walking, bending, and assisting residents physically when necessary.

- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an 8th grade proficiency level or higher

Job Duties
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain residents, and foster connection among them
- Prepare tables, salads, and roll silverware for meal service
- Buss tables, sweep floors, and maintain tidiness in the dining and common areas
- Communicate with supervisors and wellness staff about residents' dietary habits, appetite changes, and meal absences
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and provide support after falls
- Comply with all health and safety standards while performing duties
