The role of Server 1 at Invited is essential to delivering an outstanding food and beverage service experience to members and guests. This position embodies Invited's core service standards by consistently applying the three fundamental steps of service: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Server 1 collaborates closely with other team members to ensure each dining experience is seamless, professional, and memorable, directly influencing member satisfaction and retention. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager, the Server 1 carries out tasks that support the overall operation of the dining area without leadership responsibilities. The role expects the individual to maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work environment while adhering to the highest standards of service and hygiene.

Server 1 team members execute their duties by thoroughly understanding the à la carte menu, including daily features and specials, welcoming members by name, and effectively communicating with colleagues to facilitate teamwork. They handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, employing service recovery techniques to maintain positive relationships. Additionally, the role requires adherence to club cleanliness, safety standards, and participation in daily briefings and ongoing training programs. Physical capabilities such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working under varying environmental conditions are necessary to succeed.
