Job Description

Serena Pastificio is a distinguished restaurant that masterfully blends traditional Italian culinary artistry with contemporary techniques. Known for its commitment to scratch-made dishes, Serena Pastificio offers guests an immersive dining experience where they can observe the meticulous craft of pasta making right in the kitchen. With a focus on the freshest ingredients and simple recipes, this establishment roots its offerings deeply in Italian tradition while also embracing innovation in flavor and presentation. The restaurant pays careful attention not only to the quality of its food but also to the beverage program, featuring seasonal Italian cocktails and a finely curated wine list that perfectly complements the menu. This dedication to excellence in both food and drink creates a vibrant and inviting atmosphere that delights guests and encourages repeat visits.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Serena Pastificio is a critical leadership position ideal for a passionate, driven individual with extensive experience in bar and beverage management. This position involves overseeing and advancing the front-of-house operations with a special focus on the bar and beverage service, ensuring that high standards of quality and guest satisfaction are met consistently. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the cost of goods sold (COGS), bar inventory, vendor relationships, and developing innovative beverage programs that include craft cocktails, seasonal specialties, and an exceptional Italian wine selection. The position demands a leader who can inspire and mentor a motivated team, fostering a collaborative work culture rooted in accountability, support, and respect.

Working in a fast-paced fine dining environment, the Restaurant Manager will play a key role in shaping the overall guest experience by delivering attentive floor management and service excellence. You will also be involved in private event execution, enhancing the business’s growth and reputation. The role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and a self-confident approach to handle the dynamic challenges of restaurant operations. Further responsibilities include training, coaching, and career development of front-of-house staff, ensuring compliance with operational policies and safety standards, and participating in management meetings to contribute strategically to the restaurant's continuous improvement.

This full-time opportunity comes with a competitive base salary and an annual bonus opportunity. Serena Pastificio supports its team members with comprehensive benefits, including company-paid life insurance, short-term disability insurance, medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation, and unique perks such as discount dining and free movie tickets. The restaurant prides itself on being an equal opportunity employer and embraces diversity, providing reasonable accommodations in accordance with legal obligations. Joining Serena Pastificio means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to offering guests an unforgettable Italian dining and beverage experience driven by quality, tradition, and innovation.
