Job Duties
- create and manage comprehensive wedding day timelines
- oversee ceremony and reception setup
- direct and coordinate vendors on-site
- arrange decorative elements such as seating and menu cards
- assist wedding party and family members with inquiries and needs
- manage logistics at event conclusion including gifts and guest books
- provide emotional support and maintain calm presence during events
