Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management within logistics, airline, airport, or a related industry
- Proven ability to supervise teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong team-building and employee development skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to pass a TSA security background check and maintain a valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Train and ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations for the airport, TSA, and stakeholders
- Provide hands-on leadership to maintain a professional and customer-focused operations team
- Direct the resolution of operational issues to prevent delays and minimize expenses
- Interact with suppliers and vendors to optimize operational performance and efficiency
- Administer company policies, ensuring consistent execution of daily objectives and quality standards
