The role advertised is a full-time Warehouse and Fleet Operations Support position at Cencora. This position involves ensuring the precise coordination and management of transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment of products and fleet-related assets. The role operates Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 AM and continuing until the job is complete. There may be overtime required to meet operational demands. The pay for this position is $21.26 per hour.

The responsibilities include verifying transportation and shipment information to support the accurate movement of products, updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, tracking fleet activity and inventory movement, and preparing dispatch and shipping documentation. The successful candidate will also review routine exceptions like delivery or inventory discrepancies and resolve unresolved issues. Additionally, the role supports traceability, loss prevention, and continuous fulfillment by confirming handling and storage requirements. This position requires solid knowledge of warehouse and transportation systems, operational record maintenance, and logistics documentation processes.

Candidates for this role should have at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling. Certification such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or an equivalent credential is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in fleet operations administration and transportation support is essential, as is an understanding of warehouse operations from receiving to shipment processing. Candidates must be capable of processing routine operational activities, identifying and resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate transaction records. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within continuous improvement frameworks are also required.

  • Ability to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines

Job Duties

  • Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets
  • Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity
  • Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification
  • Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing
  • Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues
  • Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity
