The Senior Associate role in Operations is a critical position responsible for various warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas. The position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and offers hourly compensation between $19.13 and $22.96, depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. This role requires hands-on engagement with inventory and quality assurance, providing operational support in counter sales and cycle counting duties to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

In this role, candidates will verify purchased products, enter order receipts into systems, and carefully separate and place materials in their correct locations. They will pull, pack, weigh, and label materials preparing them for shipment, assist in loading trucks, and assemble or disassemble storage items such as bins, racks, shelves, and tables. Additionally, the Senior Associate participates in special customer quality assurance inspections, ensuring that company standards are met or exceeded.
