Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 7 years' experience in business planning, executive support, or related leadership roles
- demonstrated expertise in strategic communication and relationship management
- exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
- proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to task management
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- willingness to embrace technology and innovation in day-to-day work

Job Duties
- Collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders to drive the CEO engagement strategy forward
- composing and executing all CEO correspondence including Quick Takes, Client Notes, Staff Appreciation emails, event/panel talking points, and press releases
- partnering with BNY Marketing and Communications to amplify the executive profile through targeted media engagements, industry events, and recognition programs
- coordinating with Corporate Events on all executive forums and client-facing programs
- leading the strategy and execution of all social media opportunities
- proactively managing client engagement calendar in partnership with coverage teams, on-site location leads, and Executive Assistant
- contributing to financial and executive briefings and content with COO and Finance to provide meaningful insights into business performance
- serving as the right hand to the Chief of Staff
