Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 7 years' experience in business planning, executive support, or related leadership roles
  • demonstrated expertise in strategic communication and relationship management
  • exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
  • proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to task management

Job Duties

  • Collaborating with client teams and internal stakeholders to drive the CEO engagement strategy forward
  • composing and executing all CEO correspondence including Quick Takes, Client Notes, Staff Appreciation emails, event/panel talking points, and press releases
  • partnering with BNY Marketing and Communications to amplify the executive profile through targeted media engagements, industry events, and recognition programs
  • coordinating with Corporate Events on all executive forums and client-facing programs
  • leading the strategy and execution of all social media opportunities
  • proactively managing client engagement calendar in partnership with coverage teams, on-site location leads, and Executive Assistant
  • contributing to financial and executive briefings and content with COO and Finance to provide meaningful insights into business performance
  • serving as the right hand to the Chief of Staff
