The Senior Venue Logistics Manager is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of all logistics activities at the venue. This comprehensive role involves overseeing processes such as inbound and outbound logistical flows, storage and inventory controls, material handling, and workforce management. A primary objective is to ensure logistics operations align fully with event requirements, maintaining high standards of efficiency, security, and resilience.

A significant aspect of this role is workforce structure and resource planning, which involves workforce sizing, shift scheduling for potentially 24/7 peak operations, and coordination of material handling equipment and distribution systems. The manager will also plan internal logistics routes and circulation to optimize operations within venue constraints while coordinating closely with CEVA’s solution design and operational teams to align strategies with formal requirements and practical realities on the ground.

Health, safety, and environmental compliance are integral to the role, requiring the Senior Venue Logistics Manager to develop policies consistent with CEVA standards, event-specific regulations, and local laws. Collaboration with security and accreditation teams ensures all operations are conducted with strict adherence to safety and security protocols.

Proactive contingency and resilience planning are also mandatory, with responsibilities encompassing the development of emergency and redundancy plans to maintain continuous operations during high-volume periods or unexpected disruptions. Candidates need a master’s degree or equivalent professional experience with at least 10 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
