Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency is required
- Minimum of 2 plus years of experience in a similar senior level events position is required
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience within the casino gaming industry is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) is required
- Experience with Monday.com and Cvent is a plus
- Must have demonstrated professionalism including while working under pressure
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality details and correctness
- Must have the ability to read write speak understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintains and updates event show lists including dates locations attendees and resources needed
- Works with management to develop a budget for shows and events and tracks expenses in comparison to the planned budget
- Creates and distributes event itineraries
- Communicates event timelines expectations and priorities within the marketing team and outside vendors
- Assists with travel coordination for tradeshows conferences and events as needed
- Provides onsite support at tradeshows and events including monitoring deliveries and setup of event space
- Serves as the main point of contact for internal and external questions or issues regarding events
- Works closely with management in the support and execution of marketing strategy plans
- Creates a timeline of announcements and promotions for upcoming events and conferences based on branding content and or messaging
- Tracks and maintains an inventory of promotional items
- Works with vendors and suppliers to obtain promotional items brand materials and sponsorships within the planned budget
- Collaborates on content related to the company's website and social media sites for upcoming events
- Performs other duties as assigned
