Not only is managing the IT environment a responsibility, but this role also offers the opportunity to recommend infrastructure improvements, automation strategies, and upgrades to maintain cutting-edge technology standards. The role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a proactive approach to system health monitoring, and can collaborate well with cross-functional teams, including participation in after-hours support and on-call rotations as needed. The individual must be flexible with working hours between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM and ready to participate in maintenance windows and weekend support.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 to 8 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering, including 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with AWS and Windows Server administration.
