The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for enhancing and innovating the menu offerings by developing seasonal menus, promotional features, and daily specials that captivate and satisfy guests. Collaboration across departments, especially between Front of House and Back of House teams, is key to fostering a seamless and harmonious operation, contributing to the resort's hallmark of exceptional hospitality.
Administrative duties such as inventory management, ordering, and staff scheduling also form an essential part of this role. Maintaining and upholding stringent health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations is paramount to the position, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and prioritizing the wellbeing of both guests and team members.
