The Sr Sous Chef role at Hilton is pivotal in transforming culinary services into unforgettable moments for guests. This position involves leading daily kitchen operations with a hands-on leadership style and providing on-the-spot coaching to kitchen staff while managing either Outlets or Banquets. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a culinary team
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven culinary leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Experience managing both Outlets and Banquets preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to develop innovative and appealing menu offerings
