This role is for an experienced culinary leader responsible for overseeing all daily kitchen operations, ensuring that the highest standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. The Executive Chef plays a pivotal role in both the operational and creative aspects of the culinary team. This includes hands-on involvement in food preparation activities, leading and managing kitchen staff, maintaining sanitation and food handling standards, and working closely with the executive leadership team to meet budgetary and performance goals. The position requires a strong commitment to mentoring and developing staff, encouraging open communication, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • four years experience in culinary, food and beverage or related professional area
  • OR two-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • two years experience in culinary, food and beverage or related professional area
  • ability to lead and manage a kitchen team
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
