Job Requirements

  • Degree in culinary arts or relevant certification preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience
  • Proven experience in catering and high-volume, upscale foodservice
  • Strong understanding of food trends, cost control, and kitchen operations
  • Skilled in batch cooking and institutional service environments a plus
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and kitchen management systems

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations and staff
  • Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and event execution
  • Lead culinary production for upscale catering events and daily conference dining
  • Maintain the highest standards for quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Help manage food and labor costs, ordering, and inventory systems
  • Champion the rollout of new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and innovation teams
