These traits are essential for fostering a safe work environment, efficiently managing resources, resolving issues promptly, respecting workplace diversity, and delivering outstanding customer service. Furthermore, the Food Service Manager will provide leadership by managing staff performance, offering regular feedback, and facilitating professional development to sustain high customer satisfaction and food service standards.

Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably complemented by an associate’s degree or certificate from a culinary school, college, or university program, and a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
