This particular role is a Senior Software Engineer position within Liberty Mutual's USRM Technology organization, specifically on the Small Commercial Service team. This team plays a crucial role in the Service Experience portfolio, focusing on building and enhancing tools and solutions that directly support customers and agents in the Small Commercial business segment.
