The Senior Site Manager role within the MS Site Management team at Ricoh is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a medium to large site or multiple sites. This role involves managing a complex team and ensuring contract compliance for services such as copy, courier, managed print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services through service level agreement (SLA) results and client feedback. Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of a medium-large size site with a medium-large team of direct reports
  • Prioritize complex projects and multiple competing priorities
  • Foster an inclusive and high-performing team environment meeting SLA objectives
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Ricoh's products and consult on strategic and tactical issues
  • Staff and manage performance of assigned site and field service personnel
  • Create a customer-focused environment through feedback and satisfaction surveys
  • Ensure quality operations by achieving audit, deadline standards, and compliance
  • Attract and hire talent using internal recruiting processes
  • Motivate employees and recognize accomplishments
  • Identify high performers for succession planning
  • Conduct employee retention, performance management, and counseling
  • Develop staff through individual development plans, succession planning, and mentorship
  • Lead change management initiatives
  • Improve operational effectiveness through root cause analysis and process improvements
  • Identify and adjust service delivery gaps and scope creep
  • Facilitate resolution of pricing, orders, and invoicing issues with sales
  • Maintain formal daily contact with customers
  • Communicate job expectations and train, coach, and evaluate subordinates
  • Act as consultant to improve business processes
