Job Description

Hilton Hotels is a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture. With a rich history of serving over 3 billion guests worldwide, Hilton continues to set the standard for service excellence, innovation, and operational superiority in the full-service hotel sector. Their diverse portfolio encompasses a wide range of world-class brands, each designed to cater to different traveler preferences while maintaining the signature warmth and light of hospitality that Hilton is known for. The company proudly offers a workplace environment that values integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency, making it an exceptional employer for those passionate about making a difference in guests' travel experiences.

As a Senior Sales Manager at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in the hotel's sales operations by driving group sales and fostering strong client relationships that enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. This role is not just about executing sales strategies; it is about embodying the spirit of hospitality and creating memorable moments for every guest your efforts touch. Ideal candidates bring a wealth of experience in hotel sales management, preferably within a full-service hotel environment and with familiarity in Hilton’s brand standards and systems such as Delphi FDC and OnQ. This position requires strong industry knowledge, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed business goals.

This employment opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, including Hilton's Short-Term Incentive Plan (SIP) which rewards sales teams based on individual and team contributions with quarterly incentives. As a Senior Sales Manager, your typical responsibilities involve representing the hotel to prospective clients, driving new business, managing the complete sales cycle—from site visits to contracts—and developing strategic sales plans tailored to fluctuating market conditions. Collaboration is key; you will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a significant role in mentoring and supporting your sales team, cultivating a productive work environment that fosters professional growth and high performance.

Joining Hilton means becoming part of a company that invests deeply in its employees' wellbeing and professional development. You will benefit from incredible company travel perks, financial programs like the employee stock purchase plan, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving and crisis support, mental health resources, generous paid time off, and comprehensive health and welfare benefits. Hilton is proud to maintain an award-winning workplace culture, repeatedly named a top employer by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Joining this team means you’ll be part of an innovative and inclusive organization committed to ensuring every stay is an extraordinary experience for guests and a rewarding career for its employees.
