- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership skills

- Experience with hotel sales systems preferred

Job Qualifications
- 3-5 plus years of hotel sales experience, preferably with group and/or corporate segments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team members
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Experience with hotel sales systems such as Delphi, CI-TY, PMS preferred
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Job Duties
- Proactively generate new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts and market segments
- Support the Director of Sales in overseeing sales and catering efforts, including coaching and team development
- Lead client relationships from prospecting through post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute group events, meetings, and functions
- Accurately forecast group rooms and food and beverage revenue and contribute to strategic revenue planning
- Conduct site tours, client meetings, and sales calls to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Utilize systems such as Delphi and other sales platforms to manage accounts and track performance
- Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and reporting to align with property and company goals
- Serve as a leader within the team by fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and service-driven culture
