Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel or group sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Represent the hotel to prospective clients as the primary contact for group rooms, meeting spaces, and food and beverage services
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead qualification
- Manage the full sales cycle including site visits, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and account servicing
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals
- Analyze sales data and lost business reports to improve sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional client service delivery
- Supervise, coach, and support the sales team to foster a productive and positive work environment
