Job Requirements
- minimum of four years experience in sales
- preferred college degree or equivalent experience
- strong computer literacy especially in sales, GDS, PMS systems
- proficiency with Hilton systems and sales software such as Delphi FDC, Salesforce, Knowland, CVENT
- excellent communication skills including professional English proficiency
- ability to engage effectively with all levels of hotel staff
- proactive and self-motivated with strong drive to achieve sales targets
Job Qualifications
- minimum of four years experience in sales
- completion of four-year college degree preferred but not required with proven experience
- proficient computer skills including knowledge of sales systems, GDS, and PMS
- familiarity with Hilton systems preferred
- experience with Delphi FDC, Salesforce, Knowland, CVENT, and Group
- professional proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication
- adaptable interpersonal skills to communicate across all hotel employee levels
Job Duties
- drive market share and revenue performance through proactive sales efforts
- develop and implement sales action plans for SMERF, leisure government, and entertainment markets
- conduct business development through sales calls, presentations, and account reviews
- manage and optimize existing accounts and monitor production
- engage entertainment and travel manager communities for visibility and active engagement
- analyze market and competitor data to identify new accounts and sales opportunities
- coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer sales service and account servicing
