Job Requirements

  • Five years of work experience in full service hotel sales environment
  • At least one year resort sales experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Travel up to 30 percent estimated
  • Hold a valid passport

Job Qualifications

  • Five years of work experience in full service hotel sales environment and at least one year resort sales experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • BA/BS Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Salesforce FDC and CVENT experience preferred
  • Luxury hotel experience preferred
  • Incentive Market Account experience preferred
  • Five years of on site hotel experience in related fields preferred
  • Spanish proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop solicit and manage new and existing group accounts targeting segments that drive both short and long term revenue
  • Lead the full group sales cycle from prospecting through contracting while ensuring booking accuracy timely follow up and consistent revenue delivery
  • Analyze market conditions competitive activity and booking trends to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies in real time
  • Maintain detailed record keeping in the sales system to support forecasting operational execution and financial performance
  • Partner with the Director of Group Sales to implement strategies aligned with broader business objectives
  • Coordinate cross functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless operational delivery and uphold brand standards for group clients
  • Support team members through coaching problem solving and the application of modern sales approaches
