The role of Senior Sales Manager is pivotal within Hilton's commercial services team, which drives the company's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions. Reporting directly to the Director of Group Sales, the Senior Sales Manager will contribute to key initiatives such as the resort's relaunch and the strategic opening of The Westerly. Job Requirements
- Five years of work experience in full service hotel sales environment
- At least one year resort sales experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Travel up to 30 percent estimated
- Hold a valid passport
Job Qualifications
- Five years of work experience in full service hotel sales environment and at least one year resort sales experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- BA/BS Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Salesforce FDC and CVENT experience preferred
- Luxury hotel experience preferred
- Incentive Market Account experience preferred
- Five years of on site hotel experience in related fields preferred
- Spanish proficiency preferred
Job Duties
- Develop solicit and manage new and existing group accounts targeting segments that drive both short and long term revenue
- Lead the full group sales cycle from prospecting through contracting while ensuring booking accuracy timely follow up and consistent revenue delivery
- Analyze market conditions competitive activity and booking trends to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies in real time
- Maintain detailed record keeping in the sales system to support forecasting operational execution and financial performance
- Partner with the Director of Group Sales to implement strategies aligned with broader business objectives
- Coordinate cross functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless operational delivery and uphold brand standards for group clients
- Support team members through coaching problem solving and the application of modern sales approaches
