The Senior Sales Director – Corporate Dining (NorCal / SoCal) position is a pivotal leadership role based in Northern or Southern California, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with travel responsibilities. This strategic sales leader will spearhead new business growth across California's corporate dining sector, managing the entire sales lifecycle from pipeline development and executive engagement to solution design and deal closure. The role demands a consultative sales approach and a robust ability to influence and engage C-suite and senior stakeholders. As a trusted advisor to corporate clients, the Senior Sales Director will guide organizations in elevating workplace dining and hospitality experiences through innovative and customized solutions. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in corporate dining, food service, or hospitality
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience engaging with executive stakeholders in corporate environments
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work remotely and travel within California
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate dining, food service, or hospitality
- Proven success closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience selling to executive stakeholders in corporate environments
- Strong financial, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Contract dining or workplace experience background preferred
- Strong network in the California market preferred
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
Job Duties
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting corporate dining and workplace hospitality opportunities
- Identify, engage, and convert new business through proactive outreach, networking, and industry presence
- Conduct discovery and solution conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Partner with culinary and operations teams to create tailored proposals and pricing strategies
- Own the full sales cycle through contract negotiation and execution
- Stay ahead of workplace dining trends, client expectations, and competitive landscape
- Align with operations, marketing, and leadership to support successful client onboarding
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and activity in CRM to meet or exceed revenue targets
