Job Duties

  • perform general office tasks to support sales and marketing such as filing emailing transcribing sending faxes and photocopying
  • prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process including proposals contracts and banquet event orders
  • promote brand awareness internally and externally
  • gather and assemble information packages such as brochures and promotional materials
  • use sales-related software to enter remove reconcile and verify information including commissions initiatives and third parties
  • respond to guest inquiries regarding facilities services schedules rates room types packages promotions entertainment restaurants and special events
  • serve as a point of contact with clients communicating via phone and email to answer questions and requests
