Joining Pacific Coast Fresh Co. as a Senior Retail Account Manager means stepping into a crucial role that is pivotal to expanding their retail presence. In addition to sales and account management, the Senior Retail Account Manager will collaborate with operations and transportation teams to ensure seamless service delivery, ensuring that customers receive the right products at the right time. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent fresh produce experience such as sales, brokerage, procurement, or retail
- Existing network of retail contacts in Washington strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong knowledge of commodity pricing and supply chain dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Professionalism and integrity in all business dealings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing market environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive sales growth by leveraging produce knowledge and customer network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent and multi-store retail accounts
- Negotiate pricing, commodity programs, and promotions with buyers
- Partner with the Director of Retail Sales to develop accurate forecasts and sales strategies
- Collaborate closely with operations and transportation to ensure flawless service execution
- Stay ahead of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to maximize opportunities
