Job Description

Above All Else is an upscale, craft cocktail-forward restaurant that stands as a statement in elevated hospitality and precision. Dedicated to raising the standard of a night out, the establishment focuses intensely on every detail, from carefully crafted drinks to warm guest receptions and impeccably designed spaces. The restaurant is rooted in intention and precision, creating an experience where every element serves a clear purpose, contributing to a unique and memorable night for every guest. As a leader within Above All Else, you are invited to join a team that is passionate about hospitality as both an art and an integrated system. At its core, Above All Else embodies a culture where excellence is not optional but expected, and where brand identity and guest experience hold equal weight alongside financial management such as profit and loss oversight.

This role demands a calm, authoritative leadership style matched with high emotional intelligence and elevated standards. The successful candidate will understand and respect the intricacies of both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, including the essential intersections between them. This leader will care deeply about cultivating a strong, positive culture, optimizing service flow, managing aesthetics, and grasping guest psychology to ensure an outstanding experience. This position is hands-on and detail-driven with a passion for building and sustaining a team that reflects the brand identity and maintains Above All Else’s exacting standards consistently. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments where they can shape and influence the concept's ongoing development from within. The opportunity offers a competitive salary range from $65,000 to $85,000 annually and requires in-person presence to actively engage in daily operations, team leadership, and guest relations. If you are excited by the prospect of leading with passion, precision, and a commitment to hospitality excellence, Above All Else is the place to elevate your career.
