King's Fish House operates across multiple locations including Calabasas, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Diego, San Jose, Arizona, and Nevada. The brand prides itself on delivering an upscale and polished environment with a strong focus on genuine hospitality and premium quality products. This commitment has helped King's Fish House build a loyal customer base and establish a strong presence in the competitive dining market.

Beyond daily management duties, the role offers a clear pathway for career growth aligned with the manager's ambition. King's Seafood Company is committed to supporting professional development, offering educational reimbursement and exposure to sophisticated operational systems, innovative restaurant design, and concept creation. The position demands a high level of integrity, proactive problem-solving skills, and an unwavering commitment to standards. The Senior Restaurant Manager is also responsible for financial operations, including cash handling, vendor communications, scheduling, labor management, and human resource functions such as recruitment and crew coaching. This role not only ensures smooth service flow but also actively contributes to the overall business strategy by participating in sales and marketing initiatives and driving incentive programs.

King's Seafood Company provides its Senior Restaurant Managers with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, pet healthcare savings accounts, a 401k plan with company matching, paid vacation and sick days, and dining discounts for the manager and up to five guests. This supportive environment fosters a strong sense of community and emphasizes the importance of balancing work with personal well-being. Candidates selected for this role will be joining a company rooted deeply in Southern California's dining culture, with a legacy of quality and service excellence extending back nearly 80 years. The role is ideal for those looking to elevate their careers within a company that values leadership, innovation, and hospitality from the heart.
