The Senior Restaurant & Bar Manager position is a pivotal role at Pasea Hotel & Spa, where the individual will oversee the restaurant and bar operations to guarantee guests receive an outstanding dining experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Outlets, this role commands the operational success of Lorea Restaurant, Treehouse on PCH, and other assigned food and beverage venues. This leadership role requires a dynamic presence on the floor, coaching managers and hourly team members alike, and establishing an environment where hospitality, accountability, and service excellence thrive.

In this capacity, the Senior Manager collaborates closely with Culinary, Marketing, Events, and Hotel Operations teams to enhance dining experiences while supporting financial objectives and maintaining luxury service standards. The role is instrumental in building and nurturing emerging leaders and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and genuine guest engagement.

The salary range for this full-time position falls between $90,000 and $100,000, reflecting the importance and seniority of this operational leadership role within a luxury hospitality setting. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced food and beverage professionals aiming to advance their careers by managing multiple venues in a prestigious hotel and spa environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant
  • previous experience leading multiple restaurant and bar operations
  • food handler card
  • TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol Certification
  • must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Serve as the daily operational leader for Lorea Restaurant, Treehouse on PCH, and other assigned outlets
