Job Duties
- Provide exceptional, professional customer service to Amazonians, clients, contractors, and visitors
- Independently staff and manage complex reception desks
- Partner with Receptionists on multi-person desks
- Participate in or lead special projects as assigned
- Manage inventory at reception desks and communicate needs to Lead Receptionist
- Support Banana Stand and Special Events as needed
- Facilitate opening and closing of service locations
- Maintain building knowledge including scheduled events, maintenance, and service provider locations
- Hang and maintain customer posters ensuring a presentable environment
- Collaborate across organization and with vendor partners as a solutions provider
- Ensure lobby and workroom visual standards exceed expectations
- Verbally welcome customers upon entrance
- Act as point of reference for guests and employees
- Utilize computer programs to check-in guests and issue badges
- Provide support via phone, email, or in person to callers, visitors, community members, vendor partners and guests
- Resolve escalations professionally
- Maintain office security and control access via reception desk
