Rapport is a specialized division of FLIK Hospitality Group, which is a recognized leader in the hospitality industry, known for delivering exceptional guest and employee services, meeting and event planning, and conference center management. As part of Compass Group USA, Rapport differentiates itself from recruitment agencies by focusing on long-term career development rather than temporary contracts, providing sustainability and career growth for their ambassadors. They emphasize a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages continuous learning and professional advancement. Their comprehensive approach to employee engagement includes personalized training and development programs designed to empower individuals to realize their full potential and progress within the company.
The Senior Receptionist role at Rapport is an essential on-site position responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, employees, and visitors. This role is pivotal as it serves as the first point of contact for anyone entering the office, ensuring that every visitor feels comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. The Senior Receptionist manages multiple responsibilities such as greeting guests, facilitating workspace and transit services, overseeing access control, and maintaining the reception area to high standards. This position requires someone with excellent hospitality skills, the ability to work well under pressure, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
The pay range for this fully on-site position is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, reflecting the level of expertise and professionalism expected. The Senior Receptionist’s duties go beyond just welcoming visitors; they include supporting operational efficiency through managing access badge assignments, assisting with remote and in-office workspace reservations, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring the safety and security protocols are followed. The role demands strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine passion for hospitality, making it a fulfilling career opportunity within a globally connected community of hospitality professionals.
By joining Rapport as a Senior Receptionist, ambassadors become part of a global network that fosters collaboration and diversity. The company supports associates not only through competitive compensation but also through an extensive benefits package designed to promote health, wellness, and work-life balance. Career growth opportunities within the reputable FLIK Hospitality Group and Compass Group USA empower employees to build meaningful, long-lasting careers in the hospitality industry. This represents much more than just a job; it is a commitment to providing world-class service and a stepping stone to professional advancement in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
