Job Requirements
- 10 plus years of experience as a project manager with a general contractor or developer overseeing commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated ability to lead commercial or multifamily projects from start to finish
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred but equivalent experience considered
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard construction software for project planning tracking and reporting
- Driven with a strong work ethic and passion for achieving results in a fast-paced environment

- Oversee submittals and expedite material and equipment deliveries
