The Senior Project Manager - Delivery role at coDesign is a pivotal position responsible for leading project execution and operational coordination to guarantee superior project outcomes and exceptional client satisfaction. Reporting to the National Construction Director and Preconstruction Director, the Senior Project Manager works in partnership with other Project Managers across multiple projects. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including preparing and managing subcontractor agreements and change orders, coordinating deliverables among key project stakeholders such as architects, owners, suppliers, and engineers, and maintaining detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, schedules, and submittals. The Senior Project Manager also oversees RFIs, RFQs, invoice and timesheet reviews, securing building permits and inspections, and conducts estimating and budgeting for project costs.

Key to this role is the ability to resolve owner and client issues effectively, manage close-out protocols including punch-walks, as-builts, and warranty letters, and uphold quality control through job-walks, site presence, reporting, and inspections. This position requires hands-on onsite administration and document control duties including MSDS management, signage, and daily progress tracking. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for setting up and mobilizing the coDesign Project Carts, ensuring clean and safe jobsites, and mobilizing resources efficiently. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and an understanding of construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and project scope. The Senior Project Manager position at coDesign is a full-time role with standard working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some additional hours and project site travel expected as necessary. Job Requirements

  • 3 to 7 plus years of construction experience
  • Experience with construction management software including Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Projects
  • Ability to work independently with strong initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of construction documentation and project scope
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and disciplines
  • Knowledge of office design workflows, building codes, and furniture systems
  • Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Fluent English

Job Qualifications
