The role of Construction Senior Project Manager is a pivotal leadership position within the organization. This role requires driving projects from preconstruction through final turnover while ensuring the successful achievement of scope, schedule, quality, and budget objectives. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading preconstruction activities such as budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, and subcontractor procurement to prepare for efficient project execution. Management of detailed project schedules, cash flow projections, and execution plans falls under the purview of this role, demanding strategic planning and organizational skills.

Proactively identifying and mitigating risks related to scope, schedule, budget, and constructability to keep projects on track is expected. The role involves reviewing and managing contracts, change orders, and pay applications to maintain cost control and profitability. Compliance with all safety standards, local building codes, and OSHA regulatory requirements is mandatory. The Senior Project Manager will play a critical role in driving performance on fast-paced hospitality projects including interior build-outs, phased renovations, and managing occupied hotel environments, requiring adaptability and precision.
