They are currently seeking an experienced Interiors Senior Project Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued growth and success. This permanent position is based in Chicago, Illinois, offering a competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, along with a project-based bonus structure. The role is designed for a construction professional with over ten years of experience in general contracting, particularly with a strong background in hospitality construction projects from the ground up. The Senior Project Manager will play an integral role in managing all phases of commercial and hospitality construction projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this role, the Senior Project Manager will oversee and direct projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with construction staff and other key stakeholders daily and weekly to assess progress, schedules, changes, and deliveries. Maintaining safety as a top priority, the successful candidate will also develop and sustain strong working relationships with superintendents, subcontractors, and assistant project managers. They will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including RFI logs and change orders, to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Proficiency with construction software and technology is essential to streamline operations and improve project outcomes.
