Employees are expected to be present in the office Monday to Thursday, with the possibility to work remotely on Fridays. The position offers an attractive compensation package, approximately 95k USD plus bonus and benefits, including private health insurance, Gympass memberships, and a 40% discount on all Fever events. The role provides exposure to global event management and the chance to travel between cities to share best practices, while representing Fever at local events and with PR efforts.
