The Senior Project Manager role at Suffolk offers an extraordinary career opportunity for driven individuals who are bold, curious, innovative, and caring. This role demands exceptional leadership in quality management by enforcing quality benchmarks, utilizing nonconformance reporting systems, and guiding the team with mock-ups to uphold the highest standards. The Senior Project Manager also carries the responsibility of mentoring and training team members, fostering a synergy-driven team environment, and promptly addressing conflicts to maintain professionalism and productivity. The ability to work under pressure, multitask effectively, and manage competing priorities is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a firm but fair approach to subcontractor dealings are critical components of success in this role.

Suffolk supports its employees with a comprehensive total rewards program designed to offer personalized support physically, emotionally, and financially. Employees enjoy competitive salaries, auto allowances and gas cards for qualifying roles, access to top-tier medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, virtual care options, generous paid time off, a matched 401k plan, company-paid life insurance, tax-deferred savings accounts, disability coverage, commuter benefits, backup daycare options, and much more.
