This is a Senior Project Manager position focused on driving the financial and business success of the company’s Infrastructure group. The role commands both technical oversight and administrative leadership, responsible for short- and long-term planning, setting and managing business unit goals, and steering multiple project teams toward operational targets. The incumbent will lead and coordinate with Construction Project Leaders, managing all project phases from initial budgeting through planning, execution, and financial oversight. Emphasis is placed on use of company policies, project controls, and rigorous monitoring and reporting to ensure projects meet their financial and quality commitments. A high degree of fiscal accountability is mandated, as the Senior Project Manager oversees profit and loss within the department and ensures projects are completed within budget while meeting high performance standards. This role is demanding and broad in scope, integrating direct project management responsibilities with larger business strategy development and resource allocation. The Senior Project Manager will also maintain key relationships with project teams, clients, legal, purchasing departments, and executive leadership, ensuring clear communication and adherence to contractual obligations. They will be pivotal in maintaining processes around bidding, contract negotiation, purchasing, billing, change orders, and safety reporting to guarantee compliance and successful project deliveries.
