The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing multiple mid to large-sized projects, mainly focusing on light industrial and cold storage sectors. The Project Manager will be instrumental in overseeing all facets of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and subcontractor management. This role demands a proactive approach to project planning and risk management to ensure high standards and timely delivery.
The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams, ensuring smooth project flow and clear communication. Responsibilities include performing final subcontractor reconciliation and billing, managing punch lists and project closeout activities, and leading the development and implementation of best practices in project management. The candidate will also develop detailed construction budgets and schedules, track project progress against milestones, and coordinate required government inspections. Effective interpersonal communication skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project demands are crucial for achieving success in this position.

Job Duties
- Manage client expectations, queries and project information flow
- Timely final subcontractor reconciliation and billing, punchlist and all final closeout
- Participate in developing best practices in project management and implement by leading by example
- Develop detailed construction budgets
- Develop construction schedules including milestones duration's and dependencies
- Oversee progress relative to contract construction schedule
- Schedule and document required government inspections during construction
- Communicate daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents and project coordinators
- Manage multiple projects as primary liaison with client
- Review original estimates and analyze total proposal packages, proactive pre-job planning including design development, conceptual estimating, scheduling, bidding, buyout, contracts, project team communications and team building
- Timely handling of client and subcontractor issues, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, monthly cost analysis and reporting
- Resolve any project issues identified in monthly meetings
