Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance or related field
- 8+ years in real estate development asset management (multi-family preferred)
- strong financial modeling analytical and communication skills
- knowledge of U.S. real estate regulations and property systems
- ability to manage multiple assets and stakeholders across regions

Job Duties
- Manage full lifecycle of real estate projects including planning development leasing disposition
- coordinate with developers contractors and internal external stakeholders
- conduct market analysis and build financial models for investment decisions
- oversee asset performance leasing tenant relations and value optimization (NOI)
- monitor budgets risks compliance and reporting
- travel for site visits and partner management
- act as a bridge between U.S. operations and Tokyo HQ leadership
