Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow safety protocols strictly
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to operate production machinery and tools
- Physical stamina for standing and manual work
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or manufacturing-related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, tools, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using production software or manufacturing tracking systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform daily production tasks to meet output and quality targets
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately
- Inspect components and assemblies for quality compliance
- Document production data and support root cause investigations when issues arise
- Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively
- Support implementation of process improvements and new procedures
- Participate in regular training to stay current with production standards and best practices
