As a Senior Production Associate at Pebble, you will play a crucial role in executing and supporting daily production operations within the manufacturing team. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or production environment
Ability to follow safety protocols strictly
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to operate production machinery and tools
Physical stamina for standing and manual work
Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or manufacturing-related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of production processes, tools, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in using production software or manufacturing tracking systems is a plus

Job Duties

Perform daily production tasks to meet output and quality targets
Identify and suggest opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce waste
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately
Inspect components and assemblies for quality compliance
Document production data and support root cause investigations when issues arise
Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively
Support implementation of process improvements and new procedures
Participate in regular training to stay current with production standards and best practices
