The finish on vehicles, coatings on pharmaceuticals, paint on houses, and textured walls are also processes relying on Graco's advanced equipment. As a company, Graco prides itself on its commitment to quality, innovation, and solving fluid handling challenges for its customers, securing its position as a Best Place to Work multiple times according to Fortune Magazine.

Mastery of tools such as GAINS and Oracle planning systems is essential to tailor ordering approaches (including EOQ, Min/Max, fixed days, Kanban, MRP) that balance demand with inventory levels. Leaders in this role will also be keen on leading new product development from inception through launch, utilizing lean supply chain methodologies that promote supplier flexibility and reduce inventory liability.

Graco offers a dynamic career path where employees are empowered to shape their futures either through advancing within departments or exploring new opportunities across divisions. The company supports employee growth with attentive managerial guidance and robust career development opportunities. Compensation is competitive, with a salary range of $64,600 to $113,100, depending on factors including location, experience, and education, alongside a comprehensive benefits package encompassing health insurance, dental care, a stock purchase plan, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement among others. The organization also utilizes E-Verify to ensure workforce eligibility in compliance with U.S. employment regulations.
