We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis, working during core business hours in your own time zone. This high-impact individual contributor role reports directly to senior leadership and plays a critical part in the continued development of our next-generation learning platform. The Senior Product Manager will drive key initiatives to create innovative product experiences that meet and exceed customer expectations while delivering measurable value to the business. A competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 per year is offered for this position.
The Senior Product Manager role at Continued is centered on ownership and leadership of the entire product lifecycle. You will lead product discovery, design, development, and post-launch analysis, employing AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype new concepts and accelerate feedback loops. Your decision-making will be data-driven, helping to prioritize features based on business value, stakeholder needs, and development effort. Through deep customer and market research, you will translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and actionable user stories for development teams.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and customer success, and communicate progress and strategic priorities with stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a strong technical foundation and fluency in data analytics tools, including SQL and data warehousing platforms like Snowflake. The ideal candidate is also skilled in Agile methodologies, adept at managing ambiguity, and excels at time management for multiple concurrent projects.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 10 years of relevant product management experience
- Experience with AI product development
- Strong technical skills including SQL proficiency
- Ability to work within Agile environments
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work remotely within the United States
- Legal eligibility to work in the US
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings when needed
- Must have ability to fulfill job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 10 years of experience as a software product manager with end-to-end product ownership
- Experience bringing AI products or features to market
- Strong technical background with ability to read and write SQL
- Experience using ETL processes and data warehousing tools such as Snowflake
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven track record of customer research and discovery
- Experience prioritizing product features with data-driven decision making
- Experience working within Agile software teams
- Proficient in Google Suite, Atlassian products, and Claude
