The Senior Product Manager role within the Lodging Connectivity team at Expedia Group presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate group focused on advancing the hospitality industry’s API connectivity through cutting-edge technology and partnerships. This team is responsible for integrating a wide range of global hotel and vacation rental inventory into the Expedia platform via sophisticated API technology and collaborations with software partners. The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution of the developer and testing tools platform that supports these integrations, emphasizing the use of AI-powered capabilities to enhance productivity, speed, and reliability. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data science, operations, and marketing, as well as external supply partners, to ensure the tooling ecosystem is robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
The successful candidate will oversee the complete developer journey from onboarding to certification and testing, identifying opportunities where AI and machine learning can be applied to streamline integration processes. This includes pioneering generative AI applications for code assistance, test generation, anomaly detection, and intelligent documentation to improve integration quality and shorten time to value. The position demands a deep understanding of API design, software development practices, and platform strategies, alongside the ability to gather customer and partner feedback effectively to prioritize features and improvements.
With a competitive salary range in Seattle from $173,000 to $242,500 and potential to earn up to $277,000 based on sustained performance, Expedia Group offers an attractive compensation package along with comprehensive benefits.
