This role involves developing and executing comprehensive technical monitoring strategies for hardware obsolescence and leading coordinated efforts across multiple organizational levels to achieve project goals. Candidates will have the opportunity to influence project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, ensuring milestones are met with high quality and adherence to program requirements.

This $132,400 to $251,600 salary range role requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance and mandates that the candidate be a U.S. citizen due to the sensitivity and clearance requirements of the defense projects involved. Candidates will also benefit from RTX’s robust values-driven culture, emphasizing safety, trust, respect, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
