Job Description

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The company’s mission is to democratize access to culture and entertainment, leveraging proprietary cutting-edge technology and a data-driven approach that revolutionizes the way people engage with live entertainment experiences. Operating in over 55 countries and inspiring more than 300 million people monthly, Fever empowers both entertainment lovers and event creators by providing innovative tools and insights to scale, innovate, and enhance their events. The platform's partnerships with major industry leaders such as Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound underscore its significant influence and credibility in the entertainment landscape. Supported by prominent global investors, Fever stands at the forefront of the entertainment technology sector as a high-growth global category leader.

The role offered at Fever is a full-time, hybrid position with a salary range of $85,000 to $91,000. This position centers on the end-to-end management of large-scale events, beginning from the point where commercial contracts are signed by the sales and legal departments until the final closing of the events. As the main point of contact between various stakeholders—including event organizers and internal teams—you will coordinate and ensure the seamless execution of event projects. The role demands a hands-on approach and requires managing multiple departments' tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards, all while working collaboratively within a team.

Additionally, the role involves communicating product and process needs to the headquarters and working closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver these requirements effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive Questions & Answers repository to support the user support team in resolving potential user issues efficiently. Ensuring that all project requirements have the necessary documentation is another critical aspect of this role. Depending on the event’s nature, you may be required to be present onsite during key milestones such as the event launch to oversee proceedings and provide necessary support.

Ideal candidates are degree qualified with a solid background in project management and have a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial, along with a flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized mindset. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential due to the need to liaise with various departments and external partners. This position is not primarily for those with events management backgrounds, although such experience is considered a plus. The role demands an individual who can manage multiple simultaneous workstreams, think strategically, and push boundaries by trying new concepts. A deep appetite for learning and adaptability, along with fluency in English, is necessary. Other languages and knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram are advantageous.

Working at Fever comes with numerous benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, gym memberships, and 401k enrollment, reflecting the company’s commitment to employee well-being and professional growth. Fever fosters a dynamic work culture with a young, international team where responsibility and impact are encouraged from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company that is pioneering how live entertainment culture is accessed and experienced worldwide.
