- Ability to manage multiple parallel work-streams
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
- Strong academic background is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage entire life cycle of large events from contract signing to event closing
- Serve as the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams
- Coordinate tasks across various departments to ensure timely delivery of event requirements
- Communicate product and process needs to headquarters and collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A documentation to assist user support
- Ensure all project requirements have complete and accurate documentation
- Attend events on site when required during launches and important dates
